Planning a X360 MW2 Tourney in May

We are planning a XBox 360 Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 4v4 Hardcore Team Deathmatch Tournament at Humphreys Garrison Community Activity Center 15 May 2010. 

We are hoping to form 8 four player teams to participate in a single-elimination tournament with the opportunity to win prizes from AAFES.

We are still in the planning stages, we are trying to find out about the equipment available from MWR.
